Master Tutor ยท last updated October 31, 2026
This page says what the tutor site keeps about you, why, and how to get rid of it. It is written for students, so it is short.
What we keep
- Your email address. It is your login. We send sign-in links to it and nothing else unless you ask.
- Your chat with the tutor. Every message you and the tutor send is saved on our server so you can pick up where you left off on any device, and so the tutor remembers what you missed.
- Your progress. Mastery levels per topic, which modules are done, and your quick-check answers.
- Usage. How many AI tokens each of your messages used and what they cost us. Each unit comes with a study allowance; this is how we count it.
- Purchases and access codes. If you pay, the payment record (what you bought, when, and the email you paid with). If you redeem a code, which code and when.
We do not keep your name, school, grades, or anything you did not type into the tutor. We do not use cookies for advertising; the only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
Who else sees it
- Anthropic runs the AI model. Your messages to the tutor are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the tutor's replies, under its commercial terms, which do not allow training on them.
- Stripe handles payments. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Resend delivers sign-in emails.
Nobody else. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not show it to your school or anyone at it.
How long
Your account, chat and progress stay until you delete your account. Payment records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it; they are the only thing that survives deletion.
Deleting your account
Open the menu (the three dots at the top right of the tutor), choose Delete my account, and confirm. Your email, chat, progress and usage records are removed right away. Any unit you bought is gone with the account, so finish studying first.
Age
The tutor is for high school students. If you are under 13, do not sign up; ask a parent or teacher to contact us instead.
